Hi there, I’m Beth Ramsden, a crafter/artist based in Huntly, Aberdeenshire in Scotland. I make, sculpt, sew, crochet and draw all sorts of things. I’m always learning new techniques and skills, and love a challenge!

I work part time, but am otherwise a stay-at-home mum to my wonderful daughter. I love to support my fellow creatives whenever I can, and encourage everyone to also support small independent businesses. Every sale, no matter how small, makes a huge difference, and encourages us to keep going, and creating!

In addition to the items available in my shop here, I am also available for commissions, portraits (human and animal!), fan art… Just drop me a message or e-mail with your idea, and I’ll be happy to discuss it and try to make it a reality!

If you’re interested in the things I’m making/painting that don’t end up for sale, check out my Instagram and Facebook pages! I’m also on Twitter and Pinterest. I regularly make YouTube videos, and love to see what people have created using my tutorials and free patterns, so do feel free to share!

If you’re interested in meeting face to face, and browsing my crafts, keep a look out on social media for any local craft fairs I’m attending! Thanks so much for your interest and support!

Beth Ramsden.

I will be recording any techniques, crafts and tips as they come up day to day, so I hope to build up a good selection of crafty videos across many mediums 🙂

Check out the first couple here, and don’t forget to subscribe and like my Facebook page for more updates and crafts!

Thanks for dropping by!

Being so crafty!

Hi there and thanks for looking me up!  I’ve now properly got myself a Facebook page for my crafting endeavours, over at bethramsdencrafts so go and give me a ‘like’ to see my most recent crafting updates!

I’ve been selling at a few local (Huntly, Scotland) craft fairs now, and am slowly slowly developing a few products that are completely handmade and unique, designed by me.  My decorative deer heads have proven very popular, as well as crochet’d animal brooches and teddy portraits!

For the month of December my crafts will be available to buy from the wonderful BE so crafty shop in Keith, Scotland!  Hopefully they’ll sell well and I can continue to sell there after December 🙂 If you’re in the area, go check them out!

Well, now it’s time to look at finishing off some other projects (like my advent calendar village) that should be finished for Christmas…

Happy crafting!

My first doll for sale

Hi there!

It’s taken quite a while from the first days of sculpting to hitting ‘publish’ on her page, but my 3rd fully articulated doll is finished and is for sale! It’s exciting and more than a little scary, to put any kind of price tag on something that has taken so long for me to be happy with, and she’s probably still a little under-valued considering just how much work has gone into everything, but there has to be a point where I stop saying ‘Ooh I could make one of those for my doll!’ and call her done!

I’ll keep it brief here, but there’s a link on my front page to ‘For Sale‘, which will tell you all about her, and show you all her lovely accessories!

I do hope you like her as much as I do, her name is Cera (Seh-Rah) which is derived from cerise, for the colour cherry.

Thanks for having a look, please feel free to share her page on social media or to friends, I hope she finds a new home before too long!
