This listing is for some of the pieces needed to make your own pair.
Bundle will include the digital pattern*, L & R shoemaking lasts and L & R resin printed soles.
Soles Only will include only the L & R resin printed soles.
Pattern Only will include only the digital pattern (Find this listing here)
For your first pair of boots, you’ll need the Bundle, but subsequent pairs can be made by re-using your pattern and lasts, and purchasing additional Soles Only.
You can buy only the pattern, but would then have to make up your own lasts and soles.
You’ll find a video tutorial here, which covers all the steps needed to make a pair of these boots.
The digital pattern includes a few extra notes too.
Please watch the video before purchasing, to be sure you’re confident in following the directions.
In addition to the supplies sold here, you’ll also need leather and sewing tools, strong contact adhesive, eyelets and any extra details you want to add like rivets, buckles etc.
Please note, the shoemaking lasts will be FDM printed in a random colour. The resin printed soles will be unpainted black, and will have some roughness where the printing supports have been removed/sanded.
*The pattern will be sent to the e-mail address supplied with your order when I’m packaging your items, it won’t be instantly/automatically sent due to the mixed physical/digital nature of this product.
